AURA Women — Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Our policy is exchange-only; we do not offer refunds.

Item condition

Items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as received, in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to request an exchange

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item you wish to exchange and the reason. Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions before you send the item back.

Courier charges

Customers pay the courier charges for normal exchanges. If the item delivered is faulty or incorrect, AURA Women pays the exchange courier charges. Contact us so we can arrange the exchange.
